This is me #me.
I am Sirah Haris, a visual artist and thinker, also known as the online oracle that likes orcas. In my visual art, I create characters that act as catalysts for conversations about identity and the relationship between the digital, natural and spiritual.
These characters come alive through the mediums of fine fun art, narrative illustrations, comics and creative writing. The inviting outer layer of my silly, cute, colorful and sometimes bizarre characters, is a gateway into exploring the core of what it means to be human in a natural world expanded, reflected and distorted by the digital.
My ethos in art and life is quite simple: it is all a big sandbox, play around, explore and never be held back by the unwritten script holding together the play that we call reality.
Turn a spade into a fin xoxo - Sirah Haris, the online oracle that likes orcas :P
